SHANNON HELM

Shannon Helm is an LA based celebrity personal trainer & coach. Coming from a small town called Granbury, TX; she moved to LA after college in 2018 to pursue her dreams of changing people’s lives through fitness. She is a personal trainer for celebrities Mark Wahlberg, Mel C (Sporty Spice), Jami Gertz, & Tony Ressler. Shannon also coaches high school boys & girls volleyball, coaches group fitness at F45 Training, & trains clients in her home gym. She earned her SAG card working on an upcoming movie called “Arthur The King” and also appeared in the docuseries “Wahl Street.”
